Instructions to delete Provider's account

Deleting Your Account
At EHR Central, we understand that circumstances change, and you may wish to delete your account. While we don’t offer a self-service option for account deletion, we have a simple process in place to assist you with this request. Please follow the steps below to initiate the deletion of your account:

  1. Send an email to support@ehrcentral.com from the email address associated with your EHR Central account. In the subject line, please mention “Account Deletion Request.”
  2. In the body of the email, provide us with the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Your registered email address
    • Any additional information that may help us locate your account quickly
  1. Once we receive your email, our support team will review your request and reach out to you via email to confirm your identity and discuss the termination process.
  2. Following the verification process, we will terminate your agreement and proceed with the deletion of your account. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.
  3. We will notify you via email once the account deletion process is completed.
Important Information:

  • Please ensure that you have downloaded and saved any data or information from your account that you wish to keep before requesting account deletion. Once the deletion process is initiated, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
  • If you have any outstanding obligations or unpaid invoices with EHR Central, we will address those before proceeding with the account deletion. Please note that any pending payments must be resolved before the termination can be completed.
  • In case you change your mind or have any concerns regarding the deletion of your account during the verification process, please notify our support team immediately to halt the process.
  • Deleting your account will result in the loss of access to all features and services provided by EHR Central. If you wish to use our services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
